3. Bookings and enquiries
Booking a demo or sending an enquiry is a request to be contacted; it does not create a contract for the supply of any product. Product terms are agreed separately at sign-up.

Website content, including illustrative calculators and example figures, is provided for general guidance. Calculator outputs use the numbers you enter and are estimates, not quotes or professional advice.

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
