Placeholder copy. This is a drafting template showing structure and tone. The final wording will be supplied and approved by The Glazing Hub’s legal adviser before launch.
This policy explains what personal data The Glazing Hub collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the booking and enquiry forms on it.
1. Who we are
The Glazing Hub is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our full company details and registered address will be confirmed here before launch.
2. What we collect
When you book a demo or send an enquiry, we collect the details you give us: your name, company, email, phone number and anything you write in the message field.
We also collect basic technical and usage data (such as pages viewed and general location) through analytics and cookies, as described in our Cookies Policy.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and run your demo, and follow up about the products you asked about.
To improve the website and understand which content is useful. We rely on your consent for optional analytics, and on our legitimate interest in running our business for enquiry handling.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate, such as our CRM and email tools, under agreements that require them to protect it. We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and then delete or anonymise it in line with our retention schedule.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details on the Contact page. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
