Glazing runs on paperwork nobody went into the trade to do. Compliance documents that have to be right. Surveys typed up twice. Quotes chased through half a dozen messages. The same questions answered, over and over, by the busiest people in the building. It's the hidden tax on every job, and it's where the margin quietly leaks away.
The Glazing Hub grew out of years spent close to that problem, first with Business Pilot, and more recently leading the glazing sector through the arrival of AI. The through-line was always the same: give the trade the technology the rest of the world already has, without the fear, the jargon or the upheaval that usually comes with it.
